Well I have always cooked my Poppo's Traditional recipe here, no variations, its hard and crisp and well it's the shortbread I have grown up on. But after gifting some to Amie, she said no I think my Nanna's shortbread is better...so she shared her recipe with me, and well this year I have tried it....OH MY, light and fluffy, and just delicious.....
So here is Amie's Recipe...cook them both and you decide.
